Our process is safe and achieves lasting results. The solution continues working in your body for 5-7 days after the wrap, and all clients are given instructions on how to continue to increase results. For the best results, we recommend a series of 3-6 wraps, with 3-7 days between services to get the most out of each wrap.
When you give your credit card number for your appointment, it will be validated immediately. A $45 change and cancellation fee will be charged for any appointments missed, cancelled or rescheduled without at least 24 hours’ notice from your scheduled appointment time, no exceptions. The cancellation fee may be used as a credit within 7 days from the original date of appointment.
Wrapped In Wellness maintains a NO-REFUND policy. Any reimbursement will be provided as an in-store credit to your account. This credit may be used towards other services or products that the client chooses. Any service or product must equal the amount of credit; otherwise, the client will be responsible for the difference. This credit will be less than the amount paid for the initial credit card or check processing fees charged by the merchant processing companies.
Gift Certificates, Packages and Memberships
If you have a gift certificate, package or a membership, please notify the receptionist when you schedule your appointment so that we may verify the status of your gift card, package or membership. However, if you miss or reschedule your appointment without at least 24 hours’ notice from your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a $45 cancellation fee or one service for each changed/cancelled appointment will be deducted from the balance of your package or membership services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment. If we need to reschedule for a different day because you are late for your appointment, you will be subject to the cancellation policy above.
*No guarantee of minimum results will be given for individuals who are slender, muscular, who do not wish to slenderize some areas of the body, who are on medications which may cause interference with the process, who have problems with water retention, who have physical motion restrictions, who are pregnant, who have a chronic illness, or who do not wish to be measured. Wrapped In Wellness reserves the right to deny service to anyone for any reason.
